English Target hops give this beer a remarkable aroma. Late hopping with Goldings and fermentation by the Brakspear yeast creates a remarkable zesty aroma, a full fruity flavour and a golden colour.

Light in colour, almost sweet, delicate and slightly spicy.

Prospect Shotover Brewery, Oxford

Packed with a combination of English and new world hops to give a surprisingly big mouthfeel and a striking dry hoppiness that is very moreish. A classic pale copper English bitter colour.

Purists may wish to note that, because of limitations with setup time and the small size of WOBFest, the beer is bought in bright in Polypins. But it is still very tasty!
